Customer Services Team Leader

My client, a leading employer in Limerick currently requires a permanent Customer Services Team Leader.

Responsibilities
*Drive KPI’s through coaching and leadership.
*Assist the Customer Services manager in developing new processes and systems.
*Identify new sales opportunities for the sales team.
*Liaise with internal and external customers to identify gaps for improvement and drive customer satisfaction.


Requirements
*Previous leadership experience in training and development.
*2-3 years’ experience in an IT environment.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to meet defined targets and deadlines.
