My client, a leading employer in Limerick currently requires a permanent Customer Services Team Leader.
Responsibilities
•Drive KPI’s through coaching and leadership. •Assist the Customer Services manager in developing new processes and systems. •Identify new sales opportunities for the sales team. •Liaise with internal and external customers to identify gaps for improvement and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
•Previous leadership experience in training and development. •2-3 years’ experience in an IT environment. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to meet defined targets and deadlines.
