My client, a leading employer in Cork currently requires a permanent Telecoms Specialist.
Responsibilities:
•Design and implementation of call flows, interactive voice routing and statistical reporting.•Work with a global IT team to implement projects in the region.•Administration of voice communication systems.•Support Microsoft supported operating systems and versions.•Support Apple Mac products and IOS platforms.•Management of mobile phones and devices.
Requirements:
•5 + years’ experience working within a contact centre environment•Experienced in voice communication protocols and related technologies – SIP / ISDN / H323 / Analogue / Digital•Previous experience in call centre type voice telecommunications and reporting systems essential.•Fluent English is essential.
