My client, a leading employer in Cork currently requires a permanent Inside Sales Executive.
Responsibilities:
Create new business opportunities by interacting with a wide variety of accounts.
Perform outbound sales activities such as lead follow-up.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and liaise closely with the field /channel.
Ensure sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually.
Continuously improve the buying experience for customers.
Requirements:
2+ years sales experience in the IT industry.
Ability to handle constructive and critical customer feedback and implement ideas for process improvement.
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Fluent English is essential.
