* Overall accountability and leadership for 24x7 Production Support across EPT, coordinating and managing backlog features, providing excellent customer services to internal and external entities.
* Also responsible for managing relationships and communicating with the project sponsor(s), senior management and a wide range of project contributors.

Role
*Provide Operational 24x7 (Level 2 & Level 3) and Mailbox for Digital Commerce Applications
* Coordination and troubleshooting of ancillary services that are integrated in to DCT applications (making to call to pull in the following applications when troubleshooting). Such as Mobile Gateway, SSI team, eMail Gateway, CAPWS, RBA, MATCH, Banknet Bridge, OAuth Token Service and PM3.
* Support GSM’s impacting DCT applications on 170+ servers. Point of contact to coordinate and implement needed infrastructure patches whether for DCT applications and or that we’re on shared hardware.
* Understanding of Java Threading model required
* Experience in developing Java multi-threaded applications preferred
* Spring - basic knowledge of concepts required, extensive experience preferred
* Hibernate - solid working knowledge required
* jBoss - solid working knowledge required
* Web Application development
* Apache - solid knowledge required
* Web Services (top-down/wsdl-first approach)
* Solid grasp on relational database modelling and design
* Possess Teamwork and Communication skills (such as):
* Document detailed designs with class and sequence diagrams
* Perform peer code reviews
* Effective communication of development efforts and concerns with architect and project lead
* Familiar with architectural concepts such as SOA, Enterprise Service Bus and SSO.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
* Experience with a related IT Field leading Technical Teams.
* 3-5 Years’ experience with Red Linux, jBoss and Apache servers.
* Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.
* Experience with structured methodology such as Agile, Waterfall and project planning tools.
* Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive and have the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment.
