Your main responsibility will be to manage the switchboard and provide general admin duties.
What you will be doing:
-Meet and greet, visitors, clients interviewees, couriers etc
-Receive deliveries.
-Arrange couriers and taxis.
-Dealing with all telephone calls and routing them to appropriate person.
-Arrange open office requests with security provider
-Checking and ordering items on our off site storage system
-Meeting support: assist in room bookings &lunches
-Assist in other general office duties, typing, binding and other administrative tasks
Who we are looking for:
- You will have worked in a similar environment for a large company.
- You will be immediately available.
