As a member of the Finance Projects Transformation team you will find innovative ways to manage complex sets of transactions. You will thrive on making processes more efficient and scalable, you work to ensure the highest level of quality of operations and you proactively minimize operational risk.
The Role:
- Provide detailed data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work across the Global Finance Operations team to identify and implement opportunities for improvements.
- Analyse datasets to understand the root causes of issues.
- Provide feedback analysis, operational monitoring, troubleshooting and error resolution to prevent inaccuracies, reduce process latency, and drive process excellence.
- Partner with key stakeholders, sales, and vendors to identify and process improvements.
- Analyse detailed data-sets to identify risks and opportunities.
The Person:
- 1st Class Degree or Masters.
- Relevant experience in project management and process improvement.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex operational initiatives.
- Strong influencing skills and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with seasoned management.
- Excellent communication skills, business partnering with multiple business functions.
