Responsible for understanding the companies policies and standard when reviewing potential applications. Excellent attention to detail required as well as the ability to review a high volume of CVs and partner with hiring managers and other recruiters in relation to applicants.
Who You'll be
- Degree in Business Studies or HR or similar
- Recruitment or Resourcing experience
- Experience reviewing CVs especially within the technical or digital industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and experience interviewing candidates
- excellent communication skills
