Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Information Systems or Financial discipline
* 3+ years of experience with 2+ in application support, testing
* Cloud based CRM application experience preferred
* Experience in systems analysis and web/mobile development preferred
* Salesforce 201 Admin Certification preferred
Technology:
* Programming skills including HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, AJAX preferred
* Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and workflow automation preferred
* Understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts
* Experience with data structures and querying languages, SOQL/SOSL preferred
* Strong interest in learning custom development skills
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products - Access, Excel, data manipulation
Competencies:
* Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
* Strong work ethic with focus on continuous improvement and enhancing the team environment
* Keen ability to navigate organization to find information
* Penchant for detail, quality assurance and timely delivery
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated professional demeanor and ability to engage multiple levels of the organization
* Can work independently
