Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree required with 7 to 9 years of related experience in the Financial Services industry
* Management experience is required
* Project consulting experience, working across multiple time zones, is highly desired
* Experience in the Defined Contribution or benefits administration industry is a plus
Technology:
* Required: 5 or more years’ experience in Salesforce.com development/configuration and automating business processes using programming languages: HTML5, DHTML, .NET, C#, Java, Javascript, C++, Ruby, Python, SQL, CSS.
* Preferred: Experience of data virtualization tools such as Cisco Composite or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and working with data structures and querying languages, SOQL/SOSL
* Demonstrated ability to closely work with and manage multiple associates as a player coach
* Ability to manage complex projects with teams that spans multiple time zones and workstreams
* Proficient in ability to identify and pull data from various applications, data analysis and aggregation
* Experience updating, managing and deploying source code, experience with Force,com IDE preferred
* Proficient in ability to identify and pull data from various applications and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle)
* Deep understanding of "SCRUM” practices, AGILE development, project development lifecycle and all software development process steps including analysis, design, coding, system user testing, problem resolution and planning
* Broad knowledge of how to integrate technology into business’ functions, processes and systems
Competencies:
* Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills
* Adept at dealing with ambiguity and operating in a fast changing environment with hard deadlines
* Strong work ethic with focus on continuous improvement and enhancing the team environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SharePoint)
* Ability to navigate the organization to build connections, find information and obtain resources
* Penchant for detail, quality assurance and timely delivery
* Keen business judgment with high degree of intellectual curiously
* Demonstrated professional demeanor and ability to engage multiple levels of the organization
* Can operate with minimal direction
