The position will involve management of a range of concurrent projects of varying sizes. The projects will cover a wide technical area and as such a strong understanding of the Insurance business as well as experience delivering technology projects is required. Formal third level qualification
Project Management certifications preferred
Experience managing projects and teams of varying sizes concurrently
Experience managing internal and external technical resources
Basic understanding of policy and claims administration systems, workflows and business rules
Solid understanding and delivery across the SDLC
Experience with policy and or claims admin system implementation and integration projects
Experience within Insurance
Excellent communication skills
An ability to managing dispersed teams
Strong reporting experience
