Formal third level qualifications in IT / Business
Proven experience in delivering best in class IT Operations
Service oriented approach to IT Delivery
Experience with both applications and systems management and delivery
ERP, EPOS experience in desirable
Strong people management experience
Strong Project Management experience
Strong vendor management capabilities
Ability to operate both tactically and strategically
