A cutting edge product business has an innovation led opening in their leadership team for an experienced professional with a successful track record of agile facilitation and product innovation. This is a key role with a strong internal and external brand and as such will require a confident, engaging personality coupled with exemplary technical and business skills - both strategic and tactical. The main focus of the role will be to act as the lead facilitator to both internal groups and customers and have overall responsibility for the agile product and process sprints for the group as a whole. Key areas of expertise will be around ideation methodologies, rapid prototyping and agile product management. Excellent people and project management is a must.
