Title: System Analyst
Location: Dublin
Permanent Salary: Negotiable
Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a System Analyst to join their growing team based in Dublin. The position is looking for an analyst who can analyse existing systems and processes and recommend designs for enhancements to improve overall operations and reduce production support overhead.
The successful candidate will be able to meet with business leaders to clearly define requirements and document business processes and workflows. They will be able to translate and analyse business requirements into product and system level requirements.
Requirements:• 4+ years of IT business and systems analysis experience, preferably involving software development technologies such as Java, .NET, Oracle • 3+ strong analytical, problem solving and business/ technical spec documentation skills. • Strong technical acumen, aptitude, preferably gained in a technical/ engineering capacity• Strong ability to work with business/ technical ambiguity and translate it into business and technical specifications• 2+ years’ experience working with virtual/ distributed teams, business & executive clients
