The Information Security & Technology Risk division provides enterprise-wide application & security services for their business units. The Enterprise Identity and Access management group is responsible for providing a wide range of security solutions including Access Governance & Provisioning, Web Access Management, Platform Authentication and Identity Management solutions.
We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Developer join the Enterprise Identity and Access management group. This role is responsible for providing engineering, implementation and some support of several authentication related technologies servicing over 400 enterprise applications and 35,000 employees. We are seeking an individual primarily with skills relating to Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Single Sign-on and Oracle Virtual Directory, other Web Access Management experience will also be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Develop technical configuration/engineering solutions for application integration with Oracle Virtual directory, Oracle Internet Directory and Oracle Access Management security products.
* Identify innovative solutions to broad and complex information security challenges
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level product support/on call responsibilities
* Perform platform upgrade projects in keeping with IT compliance
* Assist in setting product roadmap, long term strategy and vision of product direction
* Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives
* Implementation of moderate-scope projects or major initiatives
* Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives

* Provide subject matter expertise to business
* Analyze and recommend improvements to process
* Uses company Technology Organization product/service knowledge to help identify business solutions
* Produce clear and precise required documentation for all deliverables
* Identify project changes in order to asses and communicate impact
* Plans and coordinates efforts to integrate this lifecycle phase with others (e.g. design to development, implementation to support)
* Coaches others in development and review of work plans
* Responsible for resolving application issues
* Ability to identify, isolate, & resolve complex application issues independently
* Identify risk issues affecting work, progress and recommend solutions
* Create resolutions and recommendations based on incident investigations to provide greater protection to the organization
* Anticipates impact of change
* Effectively communicates project / task status, schedule variances and outstanding issues well in advance of potential business impacts to facilitate remediation opportunities by management
* Rises to the challenge, accepting risk and uncertainly as normal

Education and Qualifications:
* BS Degree in a technical program such as Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
* 5+ years of IT solution engineering and integration experience
* Supports and understands technologies like LDAP, Directories, Databases, Networks etc.
* Knowledge of load-balancing and fail-over solutions
* Must be able to communicate with customers clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner in person, via email and telephone
* Technical writing capability to address key project documentation (SRS, Design Documents, etc).
* Full project lifecycle experience
* Ability to collaboratively work with limited supervision in a geographically dispersed team setting
* Preferred (but not mandatory) experience with Identity and Access Management platforms such as Oracle Fusion Middleware
* Authentication Security experience would be a definite plus
