There is now a need to appoint a highly expert Demand Planning Manager to introduce demand management process, systems and practices into this company with over 500 live SKUs, across 10 countries and delivered through both retail and online channels.
The Opportunity
*Fully engaged and working closely with the international sales teams, you will introduce best in class planning and forecasting processes and systems
*You will lead a cultural shift in thinking across the entire organisation to develop a cohesive world class demand management operation
*Provide input to the supply planning organisation by developing inventory strategies on existing items, new product launch and managing obsolescence
Your Credentials
*You will have experience in leading demand management activities in international consumer product corporations that service complex seasonal markets
*You will have excellent communication skills with a history of building good, collaborative relationships across international borders
*You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, enjoy working with statistics and have a strong track record in bringing commercial clarity and insight to data
