Permanent Salary: Up to 70k DOE
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with extensive healthcare experience for a role with a rapidly growing multinational organisation who specialise in delivering healthcare solutions to their clients. They have just set up their Dublin office last year and are planning to double in size over the next year.
They want someone who has strong process engineering and solution design experience within the healthcare industry.
The successful candidate will be expected to gather User Requirement Specs (URS) from industry or market requirements. In turn, they will be expected to determine the gap between the URS provided by their client and their current system functionality.
The BA will work very closely with the systems analyst and will be expected to do their role when/if needed. Also, the candidate will be expected to work closely with the presales team, solutions delivery team (development & testing) and their deployment team.
The successful candidate will gather the requirements by working closely with other people in the organisation whilst regularly meeting the management team. We are looking for someone who is proactive and will be able to engage with everyone in the organisation and elicit the necessary requirements, which in turn must be successfully translated into user stories.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Product Development in the healthcare and the professional service industry.
* 4+ years proven experience as a BA
* Great communication skills
* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories
* Must have experience with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Agile/Scrum
* Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or relevant Business Discipline
