The Commercial Loans Administrator will be responsible for loans administration through agreed processes and practices as well as providing excellent customer service.
The main responsibilities include:
* Processing of loan facility drawdown, rollover and repayment transactions
* Direct debit file generation & unpaid transaction processing
* Preparation of redemption quotations / account based calculations
* Dealing with client and internal queries, ensuring that they are resolved efficiently and to agreed deadlines
* Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation queries
* Preparation of and distribution of internal mi & control reports
* Ensure procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to in relation to daily tasks
* Ensuring work is carried out and completed in a controlled, compliant, timely and accurate manner with emphasis on attention to detail
* Provide support/assistance to other team members within the department
Education and Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in a similar role
* Relevant third level qualification or professional equivalent is desirable
* QFA qualified with a minimum APA Loans (Loans and Regulation Exams)
* High level of numeracy, good organisational skills and a high attention to detail
* A good knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Consumer/SME codes
* Excellent customer service skills
* Results focused, used to driving performance to meet tough targets
* Excellent PC skills
