You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and brand activation campaigns across a diverse range of channels including email, website, mobile, PPC, social, affiliates, digital display, PR, content & sponsorship.
This exciting marketing role will involve strategic thinking and planning, creativity and marketing expertise throughout the campaign measurement process. Job responsibilities
● As a member of the campaign execution team you will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing campaigns within the Marketing team.
● Candidate will be involved in campaign planning, scheduling and management of all digital marketing execution aligned to major sports event calendar, setting of KPI’s, and working with Data Insights team to optimize and learn from previous campaigns.
● Build engaging campaigns targeting key market segments, capturing interest at all stages of the funnel.
● Candidate will be required to execute campaigns across all digital channels, and ensure strategy is consolidated across these channels; affiliate, paid search, social, display, and on-site.
● Designing campaign themes that are relevant and aligned to the brand, maintaining a consistent brand message and voice throughout.
● Producing design briefs for creative team outlining campaign resource requirements including campaign theme, acquisition objectives, execution channels, digital asset requirements & sign off deadlines.
● Liaising with relevant functions in the marketing team and across the business to ensure all stakeholders are aware of requirements and timelines for smooth implementation throughout the campaign execution cycle.
● Design campaign mechanics based on business intelligence analysis & present campaign data to define customer segmentation clusters and new target audiences.
● Develop and analyze key metrics to allow continuous improvement of digital marketing activity and strategy.
● Leverage relationships with external partners and digital publishers to ensure maximum commercial return for paid campaigns and timely delivery of required digital assets.
● Drive innovation and explore all new digital marketing opportunities.
Requirements of the Job:
● Degree level qualified with a focus on Marketing or related field
● 3+ Years of Digital Marketing experience in any of the following sectors:
○ Corporate digital marketing or agency marketing role.
○ B2B digital marketing capacity dealing with business people, professionals, decision makers and industry thought leaders.
○ Managing paid campaigns through major media platforms - Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, PPC.
● Experience with media buying or digital campaign placement
● Verifiable examples of digital marketing successes and wins.
● Impeccable attention to detail.
● Exceptional business writing skills and ability to visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content.
● Expert level skills in using and navigating digital marketing platforms, social media networks, native web apps, 3rd party social media tools and the "Internet” to run it all.
