Our client, a leading e-commerce company are seeking to recruit a Support Lead with hands on software / technical skills along with management skills. Strong working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET & SQL required. Ideal role for a developer eager to move into a management focussed role

Salary: 65k
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
" Assign tasks to the team involving a mixture of issues, break-fix and also software change requests. Will take on tasks to assist team as required.
" Ensure process is followed and maintain communication internally and with clients. Negotiating with client and colleagues as necessary
" Provide estimates for Software Change Requests to the Account Managers in conjunction with the team
" Drive the Release Process for Support in the company and will co-ordinate releases with QA, Operations and Account Managers
" Manage the developers in the support team and ensure they are fully utilised and performing in their roles.
" Reporting on support activities on a weekly basis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Third Level Degree or higher in relevant subjects
* C# . ASP.NET, JavaScript / CSS
* SQL Server 2008
* Multi-tasking ability, prioritization and flexibility/ Supervisory skills
* Good communication skills / personal Initiative / Problem Solving skills
