In-house Recruiter (Open source / C++ / Java / IP Networking) - Dublin
11 Month Assignment with possible view to permanency
Location: Dublin
Basic Salary: EUR30 - 50k + VHI, Pension, paid leave, meals, gym, events, etc.
Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity an experienced (2-3 years) recruiter who focused on recruiting talent for sales, account manager and customer service / support type of roles. You have predominantly recruited for permanent positions, screening junior candidates from available resources and headhunting for senior appointments within an in-house recruiter role.
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 11 months. The company is a leading global provider of advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
As a member of Recruitment team you will be responsible for a 360 recruitment, i.e. from generating pipeline to maintaining a steady offer / acceptance rate:
" Effectively match candidates with the jobs they would be best suited to
" Sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research, i.e. Boolean logic in support to your sourcers
" Conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
" Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate, supporting throughout selection process
" Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines
" Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
" Network, build relations with universities and various groups
" Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries for hiring managers
Preferred qualifications:
" BA/BSc degree with min 2.1 OR relevant 3 year experience with proven record of success
" 2-3 years' experience recruiting for sales, customer service and account manager roles
" Solid experience in a corporate staffing environment
" Client management and negotiation expertise
" Active user of internet and online applications
" Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems
" Capacity for critical thinking and analysis
" Strong attention to detail
" Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
" Strong work ethic - team player
