Our client has an opening for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join their talented team. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Oracle DBA in a 24/7 environment and have a passion for databases.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject
* Extensive experienced as an Oracle Database Administrator with Oracle 10g or 11g
* Awareness of Database Structure and Data Models.
* Knowledge Backup and Recovery Knowledge (RMAN)
* Strong SQL / application database performance tuning skills.
* Experience with database replication and ETL tools.
* Experience in UNIX and working knowledge of UNIX scripting languages (e.g. PERL, shell programming).
