My client, an industry leading product development organisation, are seeking to build out their Galway based team. They are recruiting talented software engineers with a passion for technology to work on their next generation of enterprise software products and systems. This represents an opportunity for the right people to join an exceptional organisation with a clear strategy and product roadmap. You will be an important part of the team tasked with taking this product to the next level.

Primary Responsibilities:
" Agile software development
" Design and develop distributed Java software applications / products
" Software integration
" Requirements analysis, client interaction
" Work with other diciplines including QA, Senior management, Support, etc.
" Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills

Education and Experience:
" Enterprise Java/JEE development experience
" Academically proven
" Experience with Spring, Hibernate and open source technologies


Skills and Knowledge:
" Ability to work along, and within a team
" Demonstrate OO skills and comfortable implementing high quality Java based solutions, whilst following the best practices continuous integration and agile development.
" Keep up to date with industry standards and TDD
