My client, an industry leading product development organisation, are seeking to build out their Galway based team. They are recruiting talented software engineers with a passion for technology to work on their next generation of enterprise software products and systems. You will be an important part of the team tasked with taking this product to the next level.
Primary Responsibilities:
" Agile software development
" Design and develop distributed Java software applications / products
" Software integration
" Requirements analysis, client interaction
" Work with other diciplines including QA, Senior management, Support, etc.
" Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Education and Experience:
" Enterprise Java/JEE development experience
" Academically proven
" Experience with Spring, Hibernate and open source technologies
Skills and Knowledge:
" Ability to work along, and within a team
" Demonstrate OO skills and comfortable implementing high quality Java based solutions, whilst following the best practices continuous integration and agile development.
" Keep up to date with industry standards and TDD
