Harvey Nash Ireland are looking for a full time office administrator to cover a maternity leave period.
The role is to provide comprehensive administrative and office support to the Dublin office, as well as supporting the team on a variety of projects, where required.
Responsibilities:
Ad-hoc duties
Reception duties - meet and greet, switch board management
Contract Management System (CMS) site admin and support for Ireland
PAYE contractors' payroll set up
Contracts management - issuing contracts for both clients and contractors
Supporting finance/payroll team in UK
Organizing Harvey Nash annual events
Data entry
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
Fluency in English
