Seeking a Financial Analyst for a Project Finance role, where you will advise on the optimal project financing and the provision of financial advisory services for investment projects, which will include PPP's.
Summary of the Role:
1. Develop financial aspects of tender documents.
2. Develop project cost models incorporating risk, inflation, discounting and whole life costing.
3. Evaluate tender applicants for financial robustness / financial proposals.
4. Structure project funding competitions, including liaison with potential project finance funders.
5. Negotiate with tender applicants throughout the procurement process.
6. Select the most economically advantageous tender.
7. Ongoing monitoring of European financial markets, research into alternative project funding.
8. Meeting with key market participants discussing project issues.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with corporate or project finance experience in practice or financial services.
