Our client are seeking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer (Network & PC Support) for a contract position based in Waterford. Commencement June 2013
Duration: 6 months
Location: Waterford
Key responsibilities will involve:
Troubleshooting issues, scheduling backups, maintenance and support (large facility 500+ PCs)
Handling all PC and Network issues
Set up and configuration of Pc's and laptops.
Knowledge of Active Directory / Exchange setups
Knowledge of Backup Software with ability to perform backups and restore
Required:
2-3 years recent experience in a similar role
Cisco network experience / Windows 7/XP
Strong communicator, ability to take initiative and hit the ground running.
