Harvey Nash is engaged in a project with KBC Bank who is one of the leading non-retail banks in Ireland. KBC are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team in their Dublin City Centre office.
Responsibilities
" Manage the development and rollout of a series of projects in Online Banking
" Manage multiple applications projects, changes and initiatives simultaneously
" Scheduling applications projects and required resources, in agreement with affected parties.
" Delivery of applications projects to budget, schedule and cost
" Agreeing requirements, specifications and priorities with the affected stakeholders
" Ensuring a close working relationship is maintained with business users and suppliers
" Adherence to department and group methodologies and procedures.
" Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory, audit and licensing requirements.
Requirements
" 5 years IT experience, with 2 of them in a project management role is essential for this role.
" Previous experience of IT project management in a financial services environment
" Experience in delivery of multiple IT related projects, enhancements and change requests, in accordance with agreed schedules and costs, to meet agreed business requirements.
" Proven capability to work closely with business users in a team oriented environment.
" Ability and willingness to operate effectively in a challenging IT / business environment
" Solid experience of structured methodologies and a structured and disciplined approach to work combined with excellent communication, documentation and time management skills are required for this role.
" A relevant 3rd level qualification
" Project management qualifications and experience of using Prince II are an advantage.
