Our client are seeking to recruit an Technology Risk Analyst for a permanent role based in Dublin
Role will involve providing day-to-day support for the Technology Support Group which is responsible for providing technical support to Company global security technology infrastructure. Technical Support involving Endpoint Protection & Data Security
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational support for various security products including - on-call support, analysing a range of complex problems and identifying/taking corrective actions, defining and recommending process improvement initiatives.
" Responsible for the deployment of technical security solutions to support delivery of service requests / creation and documentation of troubleshooting and support procedures / Coordinating systems installations, upgrades and configuration of infrastructure changes.
Requirements:
" Bachelor's degree from a technical program preferred.
" Specialist security training, for example CISSP or Security + an advantage.
" 4 + years hands-on operational systems experience.
" Experience of supporting Endpoint Protection or data security products an advantage.
" Strong understanding of security concepts / Strong knowledge of UNIX and Linux operating systems.
" Hands on experience with supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008.
" Experience working on team projects and delivering quality work to a specific timeframe.
" Good networking infrastructure knowledge including a strong understanding of TCP/IP and DNS
