Interim Head of Group Finance - Large International Irish Group
Head of Group Finance (senior) level role with highly successful Irish Group operating internationally. This is an interim assignment commencing in July for a circa 8 month period.

The Role:
* Supervision of Group Consolidation, multiple entities and jurisdictions.
* Add rigour and continuous improvement to reporting processes and internal controls for the Group.
* Co-ordinate the Quarterly and Annual Group business planning process.
* Review the Group monthly reporting pack and commentaries for the Board of Directors.
* Weekly cash flow reporting and cash flow forecasting.
* Manage the annual audit process including the preparation of the Group annual report.
* Responsible for technical accounting issues and Group accounting policies.
* Manage all aspects of treasury and tax planning.
The Person:
* Preferably ACA qualified.
* PQE at a senior level in a Group Finance function of a PLC or Multinational.
* Experience in a pharma, construction or business with a development life cycle is desirable.
