Experience
3 years Deskside / Helpdesk support experience
Excellent proven customer service skills
Excellent Desktop technology - hardware and software knowledge
Responds to incidents within agreed SLA's
Experience with Incident Management Systems
Set up and Operation of Audio Visual Hardware
Helpdesk exp
